• Suggest and advise you as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
• Update you constantly as to any changes in current market conditions.
• Add additional exposure through a professional sign & lock box.
• Hold an open house when possible.
• Advertise your home in newspapers, magazines, and postcards in the area.
• Provide on a weekly basis for the cooperating brokers a list of the feature s and benefits of your home.
• Follow-up on hte salespeople that have shown your home to their prospective buyers.
• Represent you during the presentation of all contracts by agents and help you in negotiating the best possible price and terms on your home.
• Handle all follow-up and keeep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all closing procedures.
